My experience came from working as a writer in the corporate world for over a decade; first as an architectural copy editor, then as a transcription writer, and then ad copywriter, blogger, marketing staff writer, and even Editor in Chief. In early 2019, I branched out to start my own freelance writing and editing business, Write Through Rachel, LLC.

My writing draws from my knowledge in marketing, acting, and art, giving me the chance to quickly adapt and create quality content that engages the reader. My favorite things to work on include blogs, emails, research papers, press releases, eBooks, ad copy, and more. I also take particular joy from proofreading, editing, and researching projects.

When I’m not writing or editing, I spend time gardening, painting, and reading in my home just outside Indianapolis, Indiana, where I live with my husband, Andy, and three cats, Ludo, Minerva, and Apollo.
